Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled cruise departure to receive a full refund.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the cruise departure, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Any modifications or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the cruise time. Changes requested within 24 hours may not be accepted depending on availability.
Guests who fail to arrive at the boarding location at the scheduled reporting time will be considered no-shows, and the booking amount will not be refunded.
